Booking & Tickets
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website. Simply select your tour and follow the registration link.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes—tours are small and often sell out, so advance registration is strongly recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least one hour before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations must be completed through the “Manage Tickets” link in your confirmation email.

Yes, as long as cancellations are made at least one hour before the tour start time through your confirmation email.
Do you offer group or student rates?
Yes—discounted rates are available for high school and college students, as well as private group bookings. Please reach out for details.

How long are the tours?
Most tours last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours and are paced comfortably with time to stand, sit, and explore.
What should I expect on a tour?
Each tour is a guided experience focused on history, art, architecture, and storytelling. You’ll learn about the people and communities behind these spaces, along with the meaning behind what you see.
Are the tours religious?
Tours are educational and historical in nature. While they take place in active churches and explore Catholic history and symbolism, they are not devotional or religious services.

How much walking is involved?
Walking is typically minimal, but some tours may include stairs or standing for extended periods.
Where do we meet?
Meeting details are provided in an email a few days before the tour.
Is parking available?
Parking options vary by location. General guidance will be included in the email you will receive a few days before the tour.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. We spend some time outside to view the exteriors of buildings, so please dress for the weather.

Are tours appropriate for children?
Tours are content-rich and best suited for teens and adults. Younger children may find the experience less engaging. However, if your child is interested in church history, art, or architecture, please feel free to bring them!
